BhooMeter account deletion

Request deletion of your BhooMeter account

BhooMeter users can request account deletion from inside the mobile app. Once submitted, the request is reviewed by an administrator and deletion is completed within 7 working days after review, subject to legally required retention.

How deletion works

Submitting the in-app form creates a deletion request with status Pending. An authorized BhooMeter administrator reviews the request, checks subscription and payment history, and then approves, rejects, or completes the deletion workflow.

When approved, BhooMeter revokes active session access, deletes or anonymizes account profile data, removes saved project and land measurement data where possible, cancels or marks active subscriptions appropriately, and records an audit trail of the action.

Data deleted or anonymized

  • Account profile information such as name, email, location profile, and sign-in data.
  • Saved land projects and project details.
  • Land measurement data connected to saved projects, including map, GPS, manual, and supported field measurement records.
  • Marketplace listing data owned by the user, deleted or anonymized as applicable to payment and marketplace compliance records.
  • Push notification device tokens and active app session access.

Data that may be retained

Some records may be retained when required for legal, tax, accounting, billing, security, fraud-prevention, marketplace dispute, or compliance purposes.

  • Billing, invoice, subscription, and transaction records required for tax, accounting, refund, or payment dispute obligations.
  • Legal, compliance, and fraud-prevention records where retention is required or permitted by law.
  • Limited security logs needed to protect BhooMeter and prevent abuse.
  • Support correspondence if needed to resolve open requests or legal obligations.
